Meet the Team
Dr. Glenn Robertson
Medical Director / Physician
Obtaining his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University, Dr. Robertson was a first-generation college graduate. He then earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, Virginia, and completed his residency training at Duke University SRAHEC, located in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
Married for nearly 35 years, Dr. Robertson and his wife, Deanie, are the proud parents of 9 children, with an additional 4 children they've welcomed to their family. They are also grandparents to 14 grandchildren and enjoy spending quality time with them and their two dogs, Miles, and Lottie. Dr. Robertson is an avid lover of the great outdoors. He enjoys skiing at Beaver Mountain during the winter months, as well as hiking and kayaking in the surrounding areas of Cache Valley during the warmer seasons. He feels a great deal of peace from spending time outside.
Glenn has also spent some significant time as a patient due to his several battles with cancer. This experience has provided him with a unique perspective of medicine. Knowing firsthand the struggles of a healthcare crisis has enhanced his approach to patient care. As a physician, Dr. Robertson has a deep passion for his patients and their wellbeing. He places a high priority on getting to know his patients personally to provide the best health strategies for them. He is enthusiastic about continuing to provide high-quality care to individuals and families at Affinity Healthcare.

LaVal B. Jensen
Chairman of the Board / CEO
LaVal is a results-oriented, accomplished Executive with a broad background in business, healthcare and human services and extensive operational and administrative expertise. He has significant experience in single and multi-service corporations, management companies, partnerships, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, with a broad knowledge of the healthcare and the managed care industry. LaVal’s vision and leadership skills, including strong corporate, organizational, administrative and management skills, are demonstrated by his successful and proven track record in business, both existing business and start-ups and propelling them to multi-million-dollar revenues.
LaVal is a “success-driven” leader with an innate ability to conceive, create, implement, and evaluate, utilizing traditional and entrepreneurial concepts to logically reach desired goals.
LaVal is married, with an amazing family including two sons and their Spouses, and 5 beautiful grandchildren. LaVal loves to spend time with his family, including physical fitness, health optimization, and boating.

Leah
RN Injector
Leah has a bachelors in nutrition science from USU and a bachelors in nursing from ISU. She spent her first few years as a nurse working in the OR before transitioning to aesthetic injecting, which she has been doing for two years. Her focus is always subtle, natural treatments with the goal of aging gracefully to keep a youthful glow.
She loves chips and dip, outings with her two year old daughter, lifting weights, cleaning, spending time with her family, reading, and the summer time.
She loves the blend of science and art that injecting is to help make her patients feel confident and like their best selves.
Lindsey
Master Aesthetician
Lindsey was born in Logan and raised in St. George. She has always known that she wanted to come back to Cache Valley for school, as both of her parents did. She attended Utah State University for 2 semesters where she met her husband.
After attending Utah State, Lindsey decided to go a different route with her schooling and applied to the Master Aesthetics program at Bridgerland Technical College. She graduated the program in 2021 and has been working in the field since.
Lindsey and her husband Denver have been together for nearly 4 years. They live with their puppy Thatcher. Lindsey just had their first baby boy, Walker, back in August 2023. They love watching movies, boating, and skiing together. Lindsey absolutely LOVES everything about aesthetics. Her goal and passion is to help you achieve healthy skin. As Lindsey says it, healthy skin is confidence! Lindsey is so excited to be at Affinity and can’t wait to meet you!
